								|   Alan S. FisherCo-Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO
									
									Alan was a General Partner at Outlook Ventures, Inc., a venture capital company 
									prior to co-founding Iron Speed, Inc.  He co-founded Onsale, Inc. (now part of Amazon) and 
									was its Chief Technology Officer from July 1994 to December 1999. He also co-founded and 
									was President of Software Partners, Inc, a developer and publisher of software products 
									from August 1988 to July 1994. From April 1984 to August 1988, Alan served as 
									Technical Marketing Manager and Product Development Manager for Teknowledge, Inc., a 
									developer of artificial intelligence software products. From June 1981 to April 1984, he 
									served as a member of the technical staff for AT&T Bell Laboratories.
									 
									Alan has served on the boards of several publicly traded companies including 
									Onsale, Inc. (NASDAQ:ONSL), an Internet auction retailer; Egghead.com (NASDAQ:EGGS), 
									an Internet retailer of computers and software; FatBrain, Inc. (NASDAQ:FATB), an Internet 
									retailer of technical and professional books; and Infodata Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:INFD), an 
									e-business consulting services company.
									 
									Alan received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University 
									and received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri.

									Kirill has more than 15 years of software engineering experience. His expertise includes
									such fields as .NET, data-centric applications, user interface, and VoIP software. Kirill
									began his career at the Saint Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute (1992-1994) working on the 
									development of experimental data interpretation software, using his background in both physics
									and computer science. He worked as a lead engineer at Center Superphysica Ltd. (1994-1998), and
									later at SoftJoys Corporation (1998-2007), a VoIP software start-up.
									 
									Kirill received his B.S in Physics and his M.S. in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State University in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

								|   Robb ShellySales Manager
									Robb is an experienced sales professional with a background in a broad line of consumer electronics, 
									computer peripherals, and software.  Starting his career in marketing with Creative Labs in 2005, he soon made 
									a natural transition into a key sales role there. Robb joined Iron Speed in 2009 as an Account Manager. He was 
									promoted into a management role in 2011, and now manages the Iron Speed Sales Team.
									 
									Robb received his B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

				  	| Former Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Micron Technology, Inc.
				  		
						Don worked for Micron Technology, Inc. from April 1984 to January 2000 and 
						served in various capacities with the company and its subsidiaries. He first became an 
						officer of Micron in May 1991 and served in various positions, including Vice President, Sales 
						from November 1994 through June 1997, at which time he became Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

						Dick is CEO of Northern Equities, an investment firm. He co-founded and was CEO of 
						Time Share Corp., a developer of operating systems and compilers, Computer Environments Corp., 
						an education service provider, DataMarket Inc., an integrator and developer of financial systems, 
						and TSC, a linguistic and educational software company. He has served on the boards of 
						over a dozen technology companies and was formerly Chairman of the Board of Infodata Systems Inc., 
						an e-business consulting company, and Communication Management Systems Inc., which provides software 
						to manage phone systems.  He is a director of Study.NET, a provider of courseware and case studies 
						to higher education institutions.

						Bill is the Founder and Managing Partner of Digital Entertainment Insights, LLC, (DEI) a top tier 
						consulting team with a focus on B-to-B and B-to-C software marketing and sales. He is a past 
						Vice-President of Panasonic, Inc., where he was responsible for new business development, including CATV, 
						Printers and Media. Bill served as President of Capcom USA, founder and Chairman of Capcom Europe, 
						a developer and publisher of video entertainment software, He was also the President and 
						CEO of Eidos Interactive, LLC and Eidos KK, the Japanese subsidiary, a top provider of console, 
						mobile and social content. He has served on multiple boards, including The ESA (Entertainment Software Association), 
						and several international technology companies. He is currently a director for Judobaby, Inc.; 
						Green Man Gaming, PLC. , and Radiance, CN.  Previous and current  clients at DEI include AMAZON, 
						Gamestop, Panasonic, SAP and numerous hedge funds, investment banks and venture capital firms. 
 Bill has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire and studied at the 
						Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.

					| Kevin McGarity |  
				  	| Director, Management Board, Avnet, Inc.
				  		
						Kevin was Senior Vice President of worldwide marketing and sales for Texas Instruments. 
						During part of his 27 years with the company, Kevin lived and worked in France and England. 
						Throughout his career Kevin managed the sales, applications, strategic marketing and 
						distribution functions. He also managed the company's first pan-European semiconductor business 
						structure and established and implemented a global distribution strategy that accounts for 20 
						percent of Texas Instrument's business. As Senior Vice President, he was credited with having 
						transformed TI from a technical-manufacturing organization into a global, marketing-focused enterprise. 
						Beyond that, Kevin was responsible for the global semiconductor group's information 
						technology services and worldwide quality organization.
						
						Prior to his career with TI, he was a lieutenant in the United States Navy, and 
						piloted an A6 Aircraft in the Vietnam War.
						
						Kevin studied at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he obtained a 
						B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering as well as his Naval Reserve Officer
